How to submit a return or exchange request?
A return or exchange may be requested by emailing PoleSweets@outlook.com or by using the “Contact Us” page on the Pole Sweets official website. A response to said request will be sent to the customer within 24 hours.
What items can be exchanged?
An item may be returned or exchanged if it meets the requirements applicable to its product category. All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of original purchase. All exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase.
Products such as dance wear, hats, shirts, and accessories that do not fit the customer may be exchanged for the correct size or returned if the item has NOT been worn other than to be tried on. The item may not have any damage, marks, or stains in order to qualify for a return or exchange (this applies to Croc/Shoe Charms as well).
Non-clothing items such as notebooks, coloring books, budget books, and progress trackers can be returned or exchanged. However, once the product has been drawn, colored, or written in it will become non-exchangeable and non-returnable. If the item has been damaged (i.e. dog-eared or missing pages, bent covers, etc.) it can not be returned or exchanged.
Consumables can be refunded or exchanged only if the customer can provide evidence that the item was damaged in transit/shipping. Otherwise these products are considered “final sale”.
What products are “final sale”?
Any item that is marked “final sale” in the product details should be considered non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Also, any item on “clearance” should be considered “final sale”.
What products can be returned?
Any item returned within the aforementioned time frame will result in a full refund for the customer for the price at which the item was originally purchased. Any item returned with the intention of exchange will result in the customer receiving a Store Credit code in the email address attached to their exchange request. The code can be added to the promotion code section before the customer completes their next purchase. The Store Credit will be the equivalent of the original purchase (not including shipping). The refund or Store Credit code will be released to the customer once the product has been received at the Pole Sweets LLC physical address.
