Baby steps! This lesson is perfect for the BRAND NEW pole dancer. Students will learn starter climbs, spins on static pole, and beginner-friendly tricks. Students should come to the lesson dressed in activewear that leaves the legs exposed up to at least mid-thigh (unless you have pole grip leggings available). Let's get started!
